Congratulations to BABC Member Hobart Machined Products. The company was recently awarded and recognized as the 2020 Manufacturer of the Year by the Association of Washington Business.
Hobart Machined Products is a small, woman-owned aerospace manufacturing company that exemplifies Washington’s manufacturing spirit. The company was recognized for its overall contributions, over many decades, to Washington’s manufacturing sector, including its willingness to engage in local, federal and state policy on behalf of all manufacturers.
Founded in a garage in 1978 by Rosemary and Larry Brester, the company now employs eight people and makes parts for a variety of industries including aerospace and medicine.
