Kate is a results-oriented and people-centric leader. She has a track record of managing and leading teams of all sizes, spearheading successful change initiatives in large organizations, and unlocking both the business and people potential in complex systems.
Kate leads with a light touch and an appreciative curiosity for people and organizations — which allows her to get at the heart of systemic issues and move complex and challenging situations forward.
A highly knowledgeable facilitator, coach and consultant, with more than twenty years of business, non-profit and community experience, Kate has an MBA and an MA in Organizational Systems specializing in Leadership and Organizational Development.
Kate is also an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Certified Coach and is the lead the local Seattle Eastside ICF coach’s group.
Recent clients include: Groupon, Alaska Airlines, Delta Dental WA, Ensono, Costco, Leadership Eastside, BECAUZ consulting and Microsoft. She loves to work both in the US and the UK.

Kate was previously working as the coaching and development manager at a local tech startup, BitTitan. In this position, she was responsible for supporting the unique organization culture as the business continued to grow. Responsibilities included building a culture map of what was working well and where work was needed; working with the senior executives to build and execute a leadership development and coaching plan; leading employee training; being the onsite executive coach for individuals and team and facilitating quarterly executive retreats.
Kate lives in Kirkland, WA with her husband, Rob, and beloved dog, Molly, who are all very active in the local community. She is currently on the Board of Lake Washington Technical College Foundation and the British American Business Connections PNW Chapter utilizing her business, facilitation and coaching skills to support the organizations. She is also a certified Laughter Yoga leader and enjoys bringing these skills into the work she does.
