Fiona McKay is the founder of McKay Unlimited, a keynote speaking, executive coaching, and training company, specializing in courageous leadership. She combines her 14 years of aerospace experience in the UK and the United States with her extensive leadership and coaching capabilities to influence culture in aerospace, among other industries.

 

During her corporate career, Fiona worked for Rolls-Royce and Parker Aerospace in multiple business functions, including customer management, sales and marketing, fleet planning, supply chain management, project management, cost management, and services. During her time with Rolls-Royce, she worked on bringing new products and technologies to market, transforming customer and supplier relationships, and advocating for cultural transformation through internal projects. In 2013 Fiona relocated to Seattle from the UK to represent Rolls-Royce as their Customer Business Director to Boeing, before later joining Parker Aerospace. From September 2018 to March 2020 Fiona represented the Pacific Northwest aerospace cluster as Deputy Executive Director of Pacific Northwest Aerospace Alliance and was responsible for significant growth in their revenues and programs.

 

Today, Fiona’s focus is on the transformation of people and organizations. Her work is centered on courage, authenticity, integrity, and resilience. She is also a huge advocate for diversity and in 2020 launched the Leading Ladies Of...Aerospace movement, delivering content to almost 400 attendees on 3 continents and raising money to support those whose employment in aerospace has been affected by COVID. Fiona is a graduate of Oxford University, holds an MSc in Project Management, and is recognized as a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation, the leading global organization for professional coaching standards.
